Tan Sri Datuk Danny Ooi, also the President of 6 International Miss Tourism Pageant Titles, a pageant organiser extraordinaire. In a span of 34 years (1989-2023), he has produced and crowned more than 115 Miss Malaysia and 145 International Title Winners. The 6 International Miss Tourism Pageant Titles are Miss Tourism International (MTI), Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International (MTQTYI), Miss Tourism Metropolitan International (MTMI), Miss Tourism Cosmopolitan International (MTCI), Miss Tourism Global (MTG) and Miss Dreamgirl of The Year International (MDTYI).

In addition, he has also been organising and managing the national pageant title, known as Miss Malaysia Tourism, since 1990. He also organises and owns the Miss South East Asia Tourism Ambassadress, to promote tourism and cultural exchanges among ASEAN countries.
